FTV Lena Nude

Yeah so the photographer listened to me and remembered what I told him when I first came to shoot with him. I was happy to see the exercise ball sitting in the makeup room and I couldn't wait to use that thing whenever he'd let me. I came prepped for working out which I thought would be a hiking shoot but the outfit works for the ball too. You see, when I'm working out at home, I've got a routine I've been following all this year. The ball lets me do crunches, squats, and other abs & leg workouts. I used to have a solid six pack and washboard abs but I've let myself go and I want to get back to that rock hard body. Its also the only way I know right now to get my backend into shape.
